MESSAGE .................NHW RU Burglaries in Bridget Street and Carew Walk, Rugby INC 475 of 12 September
We would like to make you aware of the following burglaries which occurred in the west of Rugby yesterday evening.
Sometime between 6 and 10.15pm an offender reached through an insecure window at a home in Carew Walk and stole the keys to a silver Citroen Xantia from the worktop. The car was then stolen from outside.
Between 7.30 and 8pm an offender entered a home in Bridget Street, Rugby via an insecure door and stole a handbag and mobile phone. The handbag was later found abandoned in the street.
If you ssaw or heard anything suspicious in either of these areas yesterday evening or have information that you believe may be connected to these incidents please contact Rugby police quoting incident number 475 of 12 September. Please also remain vigilent and report anything of concern to police. Thankyou.
