MESSAGE .................NHW RU Burglaries at Rugby Road, Brandon, Craven Ave, Binley Woods and Manor Estate, Wolston INC 514 of 5 October
We would like to make you aware of the following incidents which have occurred in your area over recent days.
Sometime between 6.30pm on 3 October and 6.30pm on 5 October offenders entered the garage of a home on Manor Estate, Wolston and stole an orange Daws racer model Giro 300 bike valued at £400 and a black Claud Cutler mountain bike values at £300.
Sometime before 4.05pm yesterday 7 October offenders forced open the side door of an engineering business on Rugby Road, Brandon and once inside, unplugged the fork lift truck from its charger. The truck was then driven from the premises and crashed through a fence into a field where it was abandoned.
Sometime between 2 and 4pm, also yesterday afternoon, an offender entered an insecure garage in Craven Avenue, Binley Woods and stole a bicycle from inside.
If you have information that you believe is connected to either of these incidents please contact Rugby police quoting incident number 514 of 5 October. Please also remain alert and on the lookout for suspicious persons, vehicles or activity in your area and please report anything of concern to police. Thankyou.
