MESSAGE .................NHW RU Burglaries in Arden Court, Saxon Close and Ferndale Road, Binley Woods INC 51 of 12 October
We would like to make you aware of the following burglaries which occurred in Binley Woods in the early hours of this morning, 12 October.
At 3.19am three offenders kicked in the entrance doors to a block of flats in Arden Court and then kicked in an upstairs flat door.
The offenders, described as three Asian males with scarves over their faces, then waved a handgun at the female occupant and said give us your money and give us your phone. The occupant was then punched and the offenders left the flat.
At 3.33am a male, wearing a woollen hat climbed on a dustbin outside a home in Ferndale Road and attempted to open a window. he was disturbed by the occupant of the house nad ran off.
At 3.37am an offender entered an home in Saxon Close via an insecure rear door and stole a set of car keys for a blue 03 plate BMW 325D which was then stolen from the drive.
