MESSAGE .................RW RU Theft of cable from Harborough Magna & Leicester Rd and theft of quad bike and tools from Hill, Rugby INC 313 of 5 Nov
We would like to make you aware of the following incidents which have occurred at rural premises in the Rugby area over recent days.
Sometime between 30 October and 4 November offenders cut through 2 padlocks on roller shutter doors of an agricultural shed in Hill and the forced open the door. Once inside they stole a green 300cc Kawasaki quad bike and a quantity of electrical and hand tools.
Sometime before 2.30pm on 5 November offenders cropped the locks of the gate of a compound of a depot in Leicester Road, Rugby and then from a storage container on site before making off with 12 coils of copper cable.
During the night of 4 into 5 November offenders broke down a fence to enter a secure compound of a building site in Churchover Lane, Harborough Magna. Once inside the offenders rolled a 2 tonne drum of copper cable out of the site where it was collected by a vehicle.
