MESSAGE .................NHW RU Burglary in Millfields Ave & attempt burglary in Ashlawn Road, Rugby INC 651 of 14 February
Rugby police would like you to be aware of the following incidents which occurred in your area on Thursday 14 February.
Sometime between 4 and 7pm offenders broke the security light at the rear of a home in Ashlawn Road, Rugby to stop it working and then removed beading from a conservatory window. No entry was gained into the conservatory and nothing was stolen.
Between 7.10 and 7.55pm offenders entered the rear garnden of a home in Millfields Avenue via a hole in the fenicng. They then smashed the glass in the rear door of the house to gain entry. Once inside they searched the premises before making off with a 40in LCD TV.
If you have information relating to either of these incidents please contact Rugby police quoting incident number 651 of 14 February. Please also remain alert, on the lookout for suspicious persons, vehicles or activity around your own or neighbouring homes and please report anything of concern to police. Thankyou.
