Rugby police are keen to hear from anyone who noticed a black male,wearing a high visibility jacket and drving a gold Ford Focus vehicle, in the area of Balfour Place yesterday lunchtime.

At 12.50pm the male offender was seen using a screwdriver in an attempt to force open a window at a home in Balfour Place. The resident of the house was inside at the time.
