MESSAGE .................NHW RU Thefts from rural sites in Wolston Lane & Stretton on Dunsmore INC 184 of 29 September

Rugby police are keen to hear from anyone who may have information relating to the following incidents which occurred in your area over recent days.

Between 10am on 26 and 7.30am yesterday morning, 29 September offenders unhooked the temporary fencing at the sewage works on Wolston Lane, Ryton and the entered a storage container.

The offenders then stole a whacker plate and a large quantity of diesel before maing off. This is the third incident at this location over the last 3 weeks.

Please remain lert, on the lookout for suspicious persons, vehicles or activity and please report anything of concern to police. Thankyou.

Sometime between 1pm on 27 September and 7am yesterday, 29 September offenders caused damage to the windows and doors of an excavator parked at an aggregates site in Stretton on Dunsmore. The offenders also stole 10 aluminium panels beforem aking off.
