MESSAGE .................NHW RU Burglary in Tower Road and attempt burglary in Pytchley Road, Rugby INC 57 of 28 January
Rugby police would like to hear from anyone who may have information relating to two incidents which have occurred in your area over recent days.
Sometime before 12.35pm yesterday, 28 January offenders made an attempt to force open the door of a home in Pytchley Road, Rugby. The attempt was unsuccessful and nothing was stolen.
Sometime during last night 28 into 29 January offenders forced open a secure bolted garden gate at a home in Tower Road, Rugby and then forced a padlock off a garden shed.
The offenders then entered the shed and stole a tool box with contents, an electric power saw and a set of cycle lights.
If you have information that you believe may be connected to either of these incidents please contact Rugby police quoting incident number 57 of 28 January.
Please also remain alert, on the lookout for suspicious persons, vehicles or activity in your area and please report anything of concern to police. Thankyou.
