MESSAGE .................NHW RU Thefts of vehicles from Dunster Close & Victoria Street, Rugby INC 268 of 15 February
We would like to make you aware of the following incidents which have occurred in your area during the night of 14 into 15 February.
Offenders stole a 56 plate Audi A4 from outside a home in Victoria Street, Rugby. The vehicle contained specialised measuring equipment and some of the items were later recovered in Coalpit Lane.
On the same night offenders cut the security chain which was securing a Honda XL 125 motorcycle at a home in Dunster Close, Rugby. The motorcycle was then stolen.
If you saw or heard anything suspicious in either of these areas that you believe may be connected to these thefts please contact Rugby police quoting incident number 268 of 15 February. Please also remain alert, on the lookout for suspicious persons, vehicles or activity around your own or neighbouring homes and please remember to report anything of concern to police. Thankyou.
