MESSAGE .................NHW RU Burglaries at home in Patterdale, Thomson Close & Naylor Close, Brownsover INC 426 of 3 July

Please can we make you aware of the following incidents which have occurred in your area over recent days.

Sometime between 10am and 1.30pm on 1 July offenders removed screws from the front door handle of a home in Patterdale, Brownsover and then attempted to jemmy open the door.

The offenders failed to get into the house and nothing was stolen in the incident.

Between 8.30am and 4.15pm on 3 July offenders entered a home in Naylor Close via a rear door and conducted an untidy search of the house before making off with a television and items of jewellery.

Between 2.30 and 3pm on 5 July the resident of a home in Thomson Close, Brownsover went for a shower after working in the garden, leaving the kitchen door open. An offender then entered the house and stole a laptop computer, a mobile phone, a camera, a watch and other items.
