Please can we make you aware that at 2.45am on Friday 11 September the residents of a home in Newbold Road were disturbed by their intruder alarm after offenders removed a double glazed window from their house.
The offenders then made off with a laptop computer, a handbag, wallets and credit cards. A Yamaha YZF motorcycle was also stolen and was loaded by two offenders into a van. Police pursued the van towards Coventry and one person was arrested.
At some point between 7 and 14 September offenders tole lead from two areas of he roof at St Botolphs Church in Newbold on Avon.
Please remain alert, on the lookout for suspicious persons, vehicles or activity around your own or neighbouring premises and please report anything of concern to police. Thankyou.
