Please can we make you aware of the following burglaries which occurred in your area yesterda, 12 November.

At 1.40pm yesterday afternoon, the resident of a cottage home in North Street, Marton disturbed 2 offenders who had broken into the house by kicking in the front door.

The offenders were attempting to disable the alarm when they were disturbed and they made off in either a black BMW or black Lexus vehicle towards the A423. A large flat screen television was stolen in the incident.

The offenders are described as 2 white males in their 20's and both were wearing casual clothing.

Between 8am and 6pm also yeaterday, offenders forced open the rear patio doors of a home in Cawston Lane, Dunchurch and entered the property. It is not yet known exactly what was stolen in the incident.
