Please be aware of the following burglaries which have occurred in your area over recent days.
During the night of 2 into 3 December offenders removed the hinges from the rear garden gate of a home in Balcombe Road, Rugby and then, once ins the garden, jemmied two padlocks of the garden shed. The offenders then stole two mountain bikes and a socket set.
During the same night offenders forced open the door of a garage a home in Shuckburgh Crescent, Hillmorton and stole a mini moto, a petrol can and a hedge trimmer.
The padlock on a shed in the garden of another home in Shuckburgh Crescent was also forced open and the offenders stole 15 bottles of spirits.
During the night of 6 into 7 December offenders forced open the up and over door of a garage at a home in Lower Hillmorton Road and entered the premises. Once inside, the offenders stole 4 bottles of spirits.
If you have information that you believe may be connected to any of these incidents please contact Rugby Police quoting incident number 332 of 7 December. Please also remain vigilant, on the lookout for suspicious or unusual activity around your own or neighbouring homes and please report anything of concern to police. Thankyou.
