Please can we make you aware of the following burglaries which have occurred in your area over recent days.

At just before 7pm on 5 February offenders climbed onto the flat roof at a home in Lime Tree Avenue, Rugby and attempted to force open a first floor window. This activated the intruder alarm and the offenders made off empty handed.

Between 6.15 and 8pm in 6 February offenders used a screwdriver to remove the beading from a conservatory window at a home in Capulet Close, Rugby.

Once inside the premises the offenders stole a laptop computer, a Gucci watch and a set of car keys to a Porche vehicle.

The vehicle was then stolen from the driveway. It was later found, on fire in Church Lawford.

Between 12noon on 7 and 12noon on 14 February offenders entered a shed in the garden of a home in Bilton Road, Rugby and stole 2 mountain bikes.

Between 12.30 and 2.30pm on 8 February offenders smashed the kitchen window of a home in Lawford Lane, Rugby and entered the house. Once inside, the offenders conducted an untidy search of the house before making off with 2 laptop computers.

Between 10.30am and 5.45pm on the same day offenders removed the dog flap from the rear door of a home in Campbell Street, Rugby and attempted to open the door by sliding across the bottom door bolt. The offenders failed to get into the premises and nothing appears to have been stolen.

Between 5.50am and 3.50pm on 11 February offenders forced open the rear patio doors of a home in Lawford Road, Rugby and entered the premises. The offenders then stole a laptop computer and a Playstation before making off.

During the night of 13 into 14 February offenders forced open a UPVC window at a home in Montgomery Drive, Rugby and entered the premises. The offenders then stole a pushbike and a dirt track bike before making off via the doorway.
