Approx 3.30am on Wed 7th April two offenders wearing dark clothing were seen running from a garage in Weaver Drive towards Townsend Lane. The garage had been entered and many items stolen including some expensive and unique fishing tackle.

During the same night another garage in the area was damaged by offenders trying to force entry and two sheds were entered after removing the padlocks.

Please contact us if you have information regarding these incidents.

You can decrease your chances of becoming a victim of shed or garage burglary by fitting dead locks, an alarm, door defenders, removing or hiding valuable items, and visibly marking your property to make it less attractive to thieves.
