MESSAGE .................PW RU Burglaries at The Jolly Abbott and The Sheaf and Sickle pubs, Rugby INC 114 of 17 July
We would like to make you aware of the following burglaries which occurred at Rugby pubs during the night of 16 into 17 July.
At shortly before 3am offenders removed the glass from the rear door of the Jolly Abbott on Lower Hillmorton Road, Rugby and then smashed the gaming machines. They were disturbed by the alarm being activated and made off.
Offenders also smashed the wondow of the Sheaf and Sickle on Coventry Road, Long Lawford and stole a flat screen TV and attacked the gaming machines.
Please remain vigilent, be on the lookout for suspicious persons, vehicles or activity around your premises and please report anything of concern to police..
