MESSAGE .................NHW BW RU Thefts of drain covers from Park Rd, Claremont Rd, Lancaster Rd & Oxford Rd, Rugby INC 187 of 19 May
Rugby police would like to ask you all to keep an active eye open for anyone acting suspiciously in streets in your area.
During the night of 16 into 17 May offenders stole metal drain covers from from park Road, Claremont Road, Oxford Road nad Lancaster Road, Rugby.
A few weeks ago over 150 drain covers were stolen around the Shilton, Burton Hastings and Swift Valley areas and police are keen to catch the offenders before a cyclist, pedestrian or motorist is injured by their actions.
If you see any suspicious persons, vehicles or activity around your premises that you believe may linked to the theft of drain covers please dial 999 and report the incident immediately. thankyou.
