Please can we make you aware of the following incidents which have occurred in your area over recent days.
Between 6am and 4.30pm yesterday, 30 November offenders entered a home in Market Street, Rugby and stole a laptop computer and a PS3 games console.
During the night of 27 into 28 November offenders forced open a shed in the garden of a home in Windsor Street, Rugby and made a search. It is believed that the offender was disturbed and made off without taking anything.
Between 6.30 and 6.45pm on 27 November the elderly female resident of a home in Almond Grove, Rugby became aware of a rattling sound at her front door. The lady investigated and found noone at the door but did notice a male getting into a small dark car.
The lady called out the othe made and her returned to the door and said that everything had to be turned off. He then attempted to walk past the lady and enter the house. The lady managed to get back into the house and to shut the door despite the male leaning and pushing against it. Jemmy marks were later found near to the door handle. Nothing was stolen.
The male is described as white, in his 20's and about 5ft 9in tall. He had a slim build and was wearing a tweed peaked cap which came over his ears.
Between 6pm on 28 and 8.30am on 30 November offenders forced open the door of a hairdressers shop in Clifton Road, Rugby and stole a large quantity of beauty products, hair care products, hairdressing equipment, a pay phone and a charity box.
